My interest of wine making goes back a really long time. I worked in the corprate world and was continuously attending parties and functions. I thought I would attempt making some myself as I had developed a very competent palette for wine. My preferences are not costly though as it is a clean Elderberry wine that I constantly like to sit down with.

The supplier I told you about, was the figure that enabled me to finally be fond of wine making by providing me with top caliber glass bottles. Glass bottles are without a doubt the best as wine is sometimes fermented in the bottle itself. There are lots of various shapes, colours and sizes of bottles to choose from. For all the bottles, there are assorted types of lids as well. From experience, I can say that cork tops shatter easy. Trust me, I have had experience of cork wine stoppers!

Take a look around your house, and see just how much we rely on bottles and jars. Cosmetics, bathroom salts and jam of course come in jars with liquids such as milk, fizzy drinks, beer, medicines and wine using bottles as their containers. The more jam and wine I produce, the more interested I am in jars and bottles. Of all the jars and bottles that I have, it is the smooth surface that I adore the most. It depends on what you will store in the jar or bottle as to which mold and sizing is the best.

Now back to my jam making. I was just a adolescent lady when I made my first pot of jam. My mother was a grand cook and I reckon she must have passed this on to me. I am continuously cooking a brand new batch of jam to fill my new jars up with. I even buy jars and bottles when I go on holiday. The most outstanding purchase I have ever made, was a hand-crafted glass bottle that was purchased when I was on vacation in Germany. Pleasing souvenirs from a wonderful holiday.
